Luminify deliveres polished, on-brand email designs every month. One plan, done-for-you, upon request, no contracts.
Your subscription includes up to four (4) email designs requests per month, delivered one (1) at a time. That means you can submit a new request as soon as the previous one is completed. Unused request don't roll over—your count resets at the start of each new month, so be sure to make the most of them!
Each design includes a fully customized layout, branded visuals, and responsive formatting for mobile and desktop. We provide the final design in Figma (sliced sections upon request) ready file format ready for use in your ESP.
You’ll be added to your personal Trello board within an hour or so. Once you accept the invite, you’re all set! Instructions for requesting designs are available right on your Trello board.
Most designs are delivered within 48 hours on average, depending on complexity. We'll keep you updated if a request needs a bit more time.
Absolutely! Each request includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions to make sure you're happy with the final design.
We can create newsletters, promotional, seasonal, review/testimonial, thank you, welcome series, events, campaigns, and more. If it's an email , we can design it.
Luminify makes it easy and flexible to make a new email design request. Requests are made through Trello. In some occasions clients share links of a Google Doc. or any other shareable link. If it can be linked to or shared in Trello, its all good!
Most, if not all requests are made in Figma.
Refunds are only available within the first week of service. Completed work is non-refundable.
